THE RESISTANCE BINOMAL FOR THE GREATEST NUMBER

Different uses by body and arm position

Standing:

The pair can be used in different arm position angles in order to intensify the work on a specific region of the upper limbs:

  • arms at 90° (upper trapezius and neck)

  • arms at 45° elbows flexed: wrist extensors (epicondylars and shoulders)

Tae the Empty of the body the niale entes us (ales degaya), pose tepuis (dvieux) and lateral

(abductors and adductors) intervene to stabilize the body.

While seated:

Depending on the position of the handles up or down, the muscular action will be different.

1) Handles towards the ceiling: anterior beam of the deltoid.

2) facing handles: triceps, middle deltoid and posterior.

3) Handles down: deltoid, triceps.

Opening the rib cage:

Thanks to the range of extension of both arms associated with inspiration during the execution of the movements, you have maximum opening of your rib cage
